13:5413 minutes, 54 secondshad a good work relationship with county government and I've heard Mayor Hutto speak a lot of times and and the two things that he has has always mentioned
14:0414 minutes, 4 secondsis that there's two things he has to do as a as a county mayor as a county government. one he has to educate and the other one he has to incarcerate. Um
